How to Use
- You should use your ZerostatVT Spacer by following the instructions provided.
- Remove the mouthpiece cover of the MDI and shake the inhaler.
- Fit the mouthpiece of the MDI into the end of the Zerostat Spacer.
- Breathe out as far as is comfortable and then place your mouth over the mouthpiece of the chamber. Press down on the top of the inhaler to release a dose of medication into the chamber of the Zerostat Spacer.
- Breathe in through your mouth until your lungs are full.
- Hold your breath for a few seconds then exhale through your nose.
- If a second dose is required, repeat steps 3-6, if not remove the inhaler and breathe normally.
- Replace the MDI mouthpiece cover and the cover of the Zerostat Spacer.
- Rinse your mouth after use.

This includes: Pressing down on the actuator of the MDI when inhaling. Breathing in deeply as soon as the medication is released.
