Curaprox Perio Plus Protect CHX 0.12% Citrox/P Mouthwash gives you antibacterial support in the case of gingivitis, periodontitis or other gum diseases. It contains active ingredients Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.12 %, Citrox/P forumla, Xylitol, PVP/VA copolymer. Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.12 % (CHX) is for proven chemical control of bacteria. Citrox/P forumla is a natural extract of bitter oranges combined with polylysine amino acids to ensure long-lasting antibacterial effects. Xylitol is for a pleasant taste, to protect against caries and ensure strong teeth. PVP/VA forms highly effective protective film over the teeth, gums and oral mucosa. The bioflavonoids of Citrox have powerful intrinsic antibacterial properties. Citrox even enhances the antibacterial effect of CHX.
