- Blow your nose to remove mucus before using Pediatric Respimar
- Remove the protective cap (the first time, fit the diffuser in your accommodation)
- Over the sink, tilt your head to one side
- Gently insert the diffuser in one nostril
- Exert a slight pressure on the diffuser to allow sea water to escape
- Allow the drainage of excess sea water, in order to remove the mucus and blow your nose
- Repeat the process in the other nostril
- Clean the diffuser with water and dry
- Can be used for 12 weeks after opening
- Do not use the same diffuser for several people
