How to Use

Before you start measuring, please keep your body relax
Palms facing up and the cuff needs parallel to the heart
The intake tube has to be parallel to the artery position
Make sure the cuff is tight and tape up
The cuff and arm must have an index finger interspace
Keep the cuff location and heart location same level
Push start, hold that post, start measuring
After 40 seconds, the display will show the high pressure, low pressure and heart rate
